2 out of 3 years I have had my taxes done with them resulted in mistakes on city and federal amounts which cost me a penalty in city one year.
My husband and I paid Cindy Lucko to file my taxes and unbeknown to me, she forgot to claim my income. I take partial responsibility because I should’ve reviewed the paperwork more thoroughly. We moved to Florida 6yrs ago, but continued to use her services and I guess I trusted her too much. Once the IRS reached out to me, it was like Cindy dropped of the face of this earth.
