Changed my online order and added things marked no.
Roof leaked on bed and furniture causing mold. We told the supervisor, who then passed it on to the owner, who reached out to get our hopes up that we might be able to replace some of our possessions. However, he asked what we thought would be fair, then wouldn't communicate, and then said that our contract said he was not liable for damages. Don't waste your money if you will have to throw your stuff away in the end!
