I have lived in this apartment complex since August 2024. The environment is pleasant and the facilities are convenient, but the management’s efficiency is my only real complaint. When I requested a lease renewal, the staff promised to update the lease the same day, yet I waited over two weeks with no response. I have been living in this building for a couple of years. The building is actually not old, like some people say here. It's fairly new, just gets damaged by short-term and seasonal tenants that don't follow any rules, but for some reason, very valued by our management. I definitely would want to say a huge thank you to Lourdes, a front desk receptionist. She is extremely helpful and the friendliest person here. She always helps with packages, parking, or just a simple advice. She makes my day every time I come to the office... read more
Lourdes is so nice and kind. She always wears a smile on her face, and often offered to help me find my packages and takeaway food.
