Great management team and responsive staff.
We have lived at Plaza Square for over 3 years and we can't express how much we love it here. Melissa Payton and her great staff have weathered a difficult renovation period with professionalism and great care. The place is gorgeous and the amenities are plentiful The spacious apartments have been beautifully renovated and these same apartments in NY or LA would command 200% more the leasing rate we pay here. It's a beautiful apartment complex with great amenities. I work in cat rescue and recently one of our cats named "Buddy" who was in a foster home at Renaissance Plaza accidentally got out of the apartment. 🤦. It was heartbreaking to think of this scared, indoor cat out on his own. Oscar, the property manager, without hesitation, allowed me access to look for Buddy on the property.
