Rent is already expensive and it doesn't come with peace and quiet, if you're unlucky you'll have neighbors waking you up with vibrations all over your apartment , doors , windows , glass, floor, knocks on your ceiling. Management won't help you, no matter how many times you complain, so now you're just stuck with tremors all over your home.
