Somewhat Disappointed – I read a lot of good reviews on this hotel, so I was expecting it to be pretty great. Boy was I disappointed. First of all, the staff was very unfriendly; almost to the point of being rude. When I asked the front desk worker about airport transportation, she rambled off a phone number very quickly and continued doing something else.
