I'm very happy renting here. The building is kept clean and the yard is so very well taken care of. It is so nice to have a landlord that actually takes care of you. Great job.
I put in a maintenance request for a plumbing issue at the apartment I am renting from them. Someone was there to get started on repairing the problem within 2 hours or so. It took a few hours to repair but they did a great job. Response time was great, the problem was fixed, the plumbing crew was professional and courteous.
Companies constantly requesting surveys and reviews is getting out of hand, so I usually ignore it, however I will happily let anyone and everyone know that our experience with Plaza Rentals has been absolutely excellent. My mom is a handicapped senior citizen on housing assistance in an older building, yet the care and attention she receives is as courteous and considerate as any high end tenant might expect.
