Why aren't you giving tenants reasonable notice to move there vehicle's for towing. An ASAP message without a plow time is absurd. Where is a tenants reasonable notice which you are clearly violating. Two hours is not reasonable notice.
Nathan did an amazing job! He was very attentive, informative, with excellent communicative skills. He made our process very smooth.
