Alicia at the Plaza Premium Lounge is always so friendly and pleasant to see when stopping by before a flight!
A fine end to my visit to Canada. The lounge was smaller than others I've visited, but for what it lacked in size, it made up for in being clean, well-appointed, and amazing team members (Alicia was amazing!!!). Definitely 5 star treatment!!!
