visited the lounge on 21/09/2025 and, unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. While the staff were friendly and courteous, several issues stood out: 1- The lounge has no windows to the outside, making it feel like a dark, enclosed space. 2- There were no functioning display screens. Love the coffee they make here, tried the double hot latte with oat milk and it was outstanding, staffs are friendly. Food is acceptable.

Used it before flying out on the midnight Air Asia flight. Almost everything was closed or closing down. Dingy and almost depressing. On the other hand PP has always been at the lower end of lounges around the world. Can't recommend. Perhaps better during the morning

We booked 3-hour lounge access for 2 adults through Get Your Guide ($107.30 vs $127.80 direct with Plaza) and had a great experience overall. Our flight was cancelled and we needed to move our booking to the next day. I first spoke with Ellie, who was incredibly helpful and asked me to email Plaza. When I didn’t get a response by the following morning, I called Ellie again and she reassured me not to worry, arranged everything smoothly, and welcomed us personally when we arrived.
