A very open and small lounge right after security check. Very limited food options compared to the actual lounge, and the place seemed understaffed.
Had a three hour layover, decided to use two passes from my husband’s credit card at this lounge. There were two ladies working, severely understaffed. There were dirty dishes on every table, stacks of dirty dishes behind the counter. They were out of clean cutlery and plates. The one employee who was working, Adora- was very rude, zero customer service and seemed annoyed when I asked for clean dishware. They were out of baked goods and toast. The eggs were disgusting.
