Lana and the staff were so kind and helpful! The chicken, mixed vegetables and rice were so good.
Well, my first time using Plaza Premium. The Greek Sandwich was good and the service was pleasant and attentive. However, the location did not feel "premium" and there was constant hints to tip the staff. The rest of the food was very average-with only steamed veggies the hot option for non meat eaters.. I only have Maple Leaf Lounge experience to compare it to, so maybe I expected too much. The lounge was complimentary with my credit card (which obviously has a fee!).
