If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner took his car here after a serious car accident, hoping for an easy, friendly repair process. Instead, his car, which was initially damaged in August, was in and out of the shop until January, the work was sub par, and the customer service is nonexistent. I had a poor experience with this body shop. They failed to meet my expectations and the quality of their work is subpar (according to myself as well as three other body shops that I brought my car to afterwards….) They did not do everything they quoted me for, and even worse, they caused damage to my car which they denied responsibility for. The staff's lack of professionalism is also a red flag.
