Overall haven't had an issue, yes wait can be long in drive-thru and inside at times. My complaint is since they put these self serve sign in tabs where you have to sign in using your finger. They are not cleaned after each use. I've suggested several times why don't they put hand sanitizer at each, good idea they say and weeks later no sanitizer. Just refused to sign and got the look.. Come on CVS practice what you preach about safe health !! P.S GET RID OF THE GERM PADS.
Horrible service I had an prescription sent there tonight 3/17/26 I found out this pharmacy closes at 8pm I called from 730pm-757pm not a single soul answered the phone, I was calling too have this prescription transferred too an 24 hour Pharmacy, of course no answer and cvs customer service wasn’t any help at all. I’ll never use or recommend this pharmacy too a single person , the worst drive thru service in Powhatan Va
This pharmacy is always messing up directions on prescription; received meds that I know should be once a week and it said daily. This could have been a disaster.
