Response to "Not A Great Experience" We regret that your first experience was a negative one. Insurance issues often complicate matters which is why legally a patient must sign and acknowledge that information provided is correct. If for any reason the insurance will not cover the services as with all things the patient is responsible. Not a great first experience. My husband and I should have known how our experience would go right off the bat. Our first experience: 1st, we were never told that I had to bring in my contacts (that I rarely wear), although I did bring in my glasses. The heavy set lady behind the counter gave us a hard time being that I didn't have my contacts with me, though I repeatedly told her I wasn't interested in getting fitted for contacts at this time.
