Took car in for off-rim winter tire swap. Service itself was fine and car was clean. My complaint is about how long it took: 9am appt and car was not done until 4:30pm. When I dropped off and asked the service desk how long (ballpark), they apathetically replied with a “not sure, it’s a busy day in the shop”, which is incredibly unhelpful and they didn’t seem to care about how this would impact scheduling my day. 7.5 hours for a tire swap is hard to justify, especially with a booked appt.
