I came in for a pedicure and only needed acrylic work on my two big toes. One toe had lost the nail and needed to be replaced, while the other simply needed an acrylic fill-in with gel polish. Before we even started, I clearly explained that I needed acrylic, and the technician acknowledged me and said “OK.” When she began working on the toe that needed to be replaced, she used UV gel instead of acrylic and didn’t even use a nail form or shaper, leaving the nail completely misshapen. Very bad costumer service, and they complain about the típ amount and bad athmosphere
Impolite, apart from the cashier. Won't return due to the negative atmosphere. An older woman (maybe owner ?) was unfriendly, and the nail technician showed no interest in the tip I gave, a decision I now regret since she didn't acknowledge me or even make eye contact.
