Stayed in room 42 , no hot water it was lukewarm, never got my deposit back
Room a/c barely kept it liveable warm all night A few hidden charges room deposit $25.00 non refundable . Bed was was crushed down and kept falling out. Also severe itching on both legs bet it's was bed bugs ????as for us NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Far from luxury.
