These absolute unethical atrocities sold my mortgage, continued to withdraw payments and are now refusing to return the funds as they " no longer service my mortgage" meanwhile two mortgage payments have been withdrawn from my account. When I called in they refused to do anything citing that they no longer service my mortgage. Avoid like the plague.
Company has been in business since 2000. This is a wholesale mortgage review of the lending side. I have closed many loans with Plaza home mortgage. I find that they are simple to work with, common sense underwriting step by step and steady to the finish line. They have plenty of internal resources to pull from for resources.
Completely unprofessional with absolute trash service
This Lender made the entire process so easy. After my experiences with 3 other lenders I finally found a great lender that pays attention to me and not just numbers. Great customer service which is second to none. Would highly recommend to anyone who want to buy a home.
