poorest costumer service i have ever seen, unprofessional. these people on reception need a reality check, or find a job they enjoy doing. couldn't believe it. as for the 'manager' in charge or acting at the time. do better.

We were late for 10 or 15 min and paid the cancelation fee of $100. I would not recommend it. Though, the doctors are good. The review is for the reception area. I sent the email to the management but there is no response.
