Dr Sara is a gem of a kind. Shes a very professional and approachable person. She delivered my baby , being a kind of difficult delivery, she managed it really great. The whole time i was at hospital i saw her like every single day . She literally looked after me not just like a doctor but more than that. I would recommend her 10/10. She make sure to take care of her patients at all the situations. I still see dr sara for my general health and highly recommend her. Shes a true asset to plaza and also Kalgoorlie.
I would have given Plaza five star but for the fist time, I had a bad experience with Dr William Jackson, I saw him about my son’s illness and it was a follow up after an x-ray, he didn’t even take a look my son’s condition since it was Dr Fernando who saw my son at the start, and he also didn’t look at the x-ray results. It was as if I am the Dr and he is the parent, I was asking him the questions and telling him what to do. I was really disappointed for the first time, please speak to him for us.
A friend recommended visiting one of the practitioners. During my time in Kalgoorlie, and after visiting other GPs, Plaza Medical Centre has provided the best care I have ever had in this town. It is also really convenient that they have their own lab and can do tests really quickly. I highly recommend this centre.
Spoke to physician directly about requests at start of consult. physician dragged out consult. spoke and acted slowly. And waited to make the consult last 26 minutes so they could charge me an extra 55$.
Good appointment as always a plaza, straight in and out, got what i needed friendly service
