Great place to network
Very disappointing experience!!! After paying for my manicure and pedicure (including a $20 additional fee for doing both services at the same time), I was informed at checkout that a $30 tip or 20% was expected. This was not clearly communicated in advance and was only displayed at the reception desk after the service. Staff were friendly and location is convenient. But will never come back. This place overcharges crazily. I simply remove and cut my previous gel polish for both hands and feet, and it costs more than $80 not including tips. I also had a simple no color manicure while the service was non-existent. My feet got scratched and was hurt when my nail polish was removed.
I’ve had my nails done here many times, and it’s a hit or miss. I’ve had beautiful, shiny, long lasting manicures and ones that chipped within days (I get CND shellac). I like how clean and welcoming the spa is but employees can be rushed, inattentive. I’ll most likely be back simply because I live nearby.
Sue was such a big help for me today! She is amazing and so patient.
