Staff were friendly and location is convenient. But will never come back. This place overcharges crazily. I simply remove and cut my previous gel polish for both hands and feet, and it costs more than $80 not including tips. I also had a simple no color manicure while the service was non-existent. My feet got scratched and was hurt when my nail polish was removed.

I’ve had my nails done here many times, and it’s a hit or miss. I’ve had beautiful, shiny, long lasting manicures and ones that chipped within days (I get CND shellac). I like how clean and welcoming the spa is but employees can be rushed, inattentive. I’ll most likely be back simply because I live nearby.

I wanted to like this place bc of the location but I will never spend my money here again. For starters they charged me $160 for a builder gel fill (now I know builder gel is more expensive but $160 for a plain color fill is insane). No extensions either - they were my natural nails. I chose to do the service anyways- she was rushing which was fine but I literally had to ask her to clean my cuticles. Then she proceeds to take a nail file and starts filing down my cuticles. ??
