pretty good I've tried other limo services, only to find dirty cars and late arrivals. I found PLS last fall here and since then, other departments have started using them as well. We've never had a bad experience and I'm very pleased with the service of PLS Town Car Service. Pros: Excellent drivers, on time, prompt but they are not as friendly as some of the others i have used
