Was given an appointment 2 weeks ago, given multiple notifications about said appointment, and when I arrived they weren’t able to look at the car. Said they needed 24-48 hours when it was a simple, visible issue. When asked why they couldn’t look at it right away they said they were short staffed. Stay away, it will take forever to get your vehicle looked at.

1 Star Review I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this Kia dealership. My vehicle has been sitting at this location since March 2025, and I have been without my car for over a year. When I first brought my vehicle in because it would not start, I was told the issue was the computer. The computer was replaced, but that did not fix the problem. Scamming the recalls I went there for a safety recall and they convince me to do the other outstanding optional recall on rear seat rail, rail cover, seat coil spring etc. Took in my car for a whole day, and when I got the car home and trying to find out what optional recall they have done, it ended up that there's no rail cover, no rail reinforcement, and even my child's car seat was not removed. ZERO STARS! I agree with the reviewer that states “they COMPLETELY lack diligence and precision in their work.” It’s been two months since I came to this dealership to get my catalytic converter fixed and to be honest? I hated EVERY part of my experience with this dealership and its employees. I spent five thousand dollars trusting the dealership to handle such an intricate repair. Part department closed 5pm but I coming 4.50 pm and closed very bad service never coming this place again
