Have been coming here 3 times already and dealt with Faddy. He is great to work with very pleasant always informs us if anything changes keeps us updated on our time here. Just overall pleasant and very nice! Never a bad experience with him or the service!
Anthony Destin provided excellent service with my 2025 Kia Sorento. I had multiple issues, and he made sure each one was addressed. They inspected my vehicle several times to ensure everything was properly fixed and secure. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
This place is the worst I've ever seen, thieves and liars, I came there to change my transmission with my 2022 Kia sorento, the company that provided a 10-year warranty for the transmission, They lied to me, saying that just because I didn't buy from them, I have to pay them money for the exchange. Saying that it's the dealer where I bought the car who should change that for me. I went to Long Island where I didn't buy the car, and they changed it for me, and I didn't pay anything. Avoid this place, they are petty thieves.
I had a leak through the windshield of a brand new car. Faddy took care of me from the first appointment and kept calling me with updates as well as laying out all my options in a quick simple, easy to understand and professional way. I am so great full for his help and I recommend him and plaza Kia to anyone who needs services.
You can block from everywhere I don’t care but I have record from bank so you guys didn’t close my lease agreement with my old car Jeep compass 2020 and 3 month know Avgust September October still is due my credit score is go down because of you guys no one even call or text or unswerving my phone this is not serious from all my accounts I will write you can delete I don’t care I will do again and again
