worst service and workers at parts department
Faddy was a great help to us today.We came in with an driveability concern and handled it for us. Every time we come here and work with him it’s a great Experience. he is awesome and knowledgeable and gets things done. I would love to see him become Manager of the service department one day soon! Thanks again Faddy, and the Rest of Kia Service for always taking care of us.
Today I went to Plaza Kia for the first time, to have my car serviced, and my experience was amazing! When I arrived at the service department, the valet was welcoming and friendly, and directed me to the service department office, where I was greeted by Faddy. I would like to stress that from this moment until I sat back in my car, Faddy made sure that my experience at Plaza Kia was outstanding! ** DISHONEST ** I've been going to my own neighborhood mechanic for over 12 years but I just got a new Kia and figured it would be best to go to a Kia specialized service center. I arrived, and the guy in charge, Anthony, said it would take an hour. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours and 15 minutes and decided to go check on the progress.
