I had a great experience with Anthony, my Kia service advisor. I brought my car in for a diagnostic, and he took the time to clearly explain the entire process and what needed to be done. He quickly ordered the necessary parts and kept everything moving smoothly. I was very impressed that my car was ready for me the very next day! Anthony was professional, helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free. Excellent customer service—I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him!
