Just picked up my 2016 Kia Optima from Plaza. A week ago the engine mysteriously failed, preceded by a little bit of "knocking". I initially got towed to my nearby mechanic, who having heard of similar stories, advised me to contact Kia Canada and get towed to my dealer. Hooman, my service advisor, was patient, thorough and pleasant. He sent all of my paperwork (save your service records!) through to Kia Canada, who agreed to replace my engine at no cost.
