Short version: The front desk/scheduling lady was so rude to me that I ugly cried. TLDR: After having my doctor send over a referral and transferring over my previous healthcare records, I hadn't heard from Dr. McMurtry's office in over amonth. So I called in and got someone at the front desk. After giving my name, the front desk lady said, "Dr. McMurtry will not be seeing you. You know, we saw your file. I've seen several providers for my arthritis over the last 27 years. Dr McMurtry is patient, thorough and works with me to get treated all around with all my providers. I would go anywhere else.

My orthopedic doctor referred me to McMurtry for tenosynovitis and arthritis of my hand. 3 WEEKS afterwards her office finally calls me and says she will not see me because my labs for Rheumatoid arthritis were negative. THAT was not my problem. I would be embarrassed if I were a hospital associated with her. I cannot use the word doctor with her name. Disgusting.
