The service that was done on my car was excellent. I had a very difficult time trying to get in touch with the sales department. My calls went unanswered for serval weeks. Not ok! We had to physically drive to Plaza to get answers. I left messages almost weekly, very frustrating not hearing back from anyone, even the sales manager.
They got me in and out.
My wife and I had the best experience our service representative met us as we pull into the bay and confirmed that we were the Franks - he was awesome.🤩
They do great service; however, there was an opportunity for me to have a 15% discount that I wish they would have mentioned.
