My overall experience was good. The time frame was not great but it was not the fault of the dealership. I am confident the problem with my car is resolved and that the dealer will back the repairs. Matt was an excellent advisor and hats off to Jemand!
Matthew took care of me from the very beginning until the end.
I drive my Infinity because the service process is very convenient. I tested this again last week when I drove in at 5:50 pm with a flat tire. The staff was so kind and kept my car overnight and had it ready by noon the next day.
