They kept me waiting all day. I purchased a Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle from this dealership, which is over 2 hours away from my home. Shortly after purchase, I noticed the steering wheel vibrating at speeds above 60 mph. I took the car to my local Hyundai dealership, and they found that the front rotors were grooved. I scheduled an appointment with the selling dealership for 8:00 AM and drove over 2 hours to get the issue addressed. So they charged me for some body work and as soon as the car came back, the damn piece fell off. What else are they charging me for that they didn't do!?!
I had a very disappointing experience with this Hyundai dealership/service department. My vehicle had a serious issue very early on with extremely low mileage, and the way the situation was handled made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. Communication was poor, updates were inconsistent, and I had to keep following up just to understand what was happening with my vehicle. I have been to plaza Hyundai in the past for service ,was satisfied with service. This recent visit not satisfied.I when for an oil change the advisor Rachel advised I need the air and cabin filter are dirty & the coolant should be replaced base on time.A wheel alignment was also recommended.The filters I can understand the cabin filter was a little dirty.The engine filter was not dirty I checked it.The wheel alignment maybe at the miles I have which is 13000.
