Dominick and Deshawn are the absolute GREATEST. Very professional gentlemen and knowledgeable. I showed up with a problem and admittedly I was not in the best mood to be perfectly honest. Not only did they calm me down, they explained everything in perfect detail and utterly solved the issue. I cannot say how much I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Doing business with them was definitely a very pleasant experience. Anyone doing business with these two excellent gentlemen will not be disappointed.
I have been here several times out of convenience and it always the same issue: 1) The customer rep and staff are always very rude and act like they are doing me a favor, 2) I have to wait all day without there being any updates or communication 3) At the end of the day the car is returned and it seems as if the vehicle is basically in the same condition. Don’t come here for anything the staff is overly rude they don’t help they’ll take hours just to do one simple thing that you can go to a local mechanic and get it done faster came in to get one thing changed they opened other problems damaged my car and blamed for it don’t recommend worse service station ever.
Avoid Hyundai Plaza on Nostrand Ave – Misleading and Dishonest Pricing I called Hyundai Plaza on Nostrand Avenue to get a quote for a replacement glass part for my Hyundai. Over the phone, I was clearly told the part costs $373+tax and the labor $199, and that I needed to come in person to order it because they didn’t have it in stock. After taking the time to come in, they suddenly changed the story — now saying the part is $470+tax+credit card surcharge and labor is $500.
