First off, they stole a set of keys from a car that was being serviced. Claimed that they figured it was ours, yet nobody called for us to come pick up the item. Didn’t make sense because why would a car key be taken if NO Chevy car was even in the area getting serviced. Secondly, they claimed that services were denied which was a complete lie because no one spoke to us for the whole 3hrs we waited…in which they only changed the oil. I am writing to provide feedback on a recent service visit for my 2023 Hyundai Elantra. Please note that this review is solely for the service department, as the vehicle was purchased elsewhere. Having had a very positive experience with the service department last year, I returned for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, using a coupon that was emailed to me directly from Hyundai. I recently purchased a car here, and while the staff did communicate about the delay, the experience was still very frustrating. After signing the deal, I had to wait over five hours for the car to be delivered. The unavailability of the finance manager throughout this time was especially irritating and made the process feel disorganized. What should have been an exciting moment ended up being exhausting and disappointing. Please ask for PAVEL KOVTUNOV as sales person. He tried everything to make experience better
