Buyer beware! Just did a refi through these jokers. They charge excessive fees for the "privilege" of paying your own mortgage. IF you want to pay your mortgage online they expect you to pay an extra $20 per month. Thats $7000 additional over the life of a 30 year mortgage. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. There only advice is " you can mail in a check for free, but we don't recommend that because if it gets delayed in the mail we'll charge you a late fee". Where do I begin? I’ve called customer service numerous times and they can’t find my loan based off my loan number, SSN, and home address. They missed paying my property taxes even though I received email confirmation that my taxes would be paid on time (in August) and I have still been fighting with getting in touch with someone for this issue (currently January). Lender is Amazing. Customer Service has been awesome. Got my mortgage closed in less than 45 days!!!! Highly recommended!!
