Worst company ever! they sell off your mortgage and then they don't send you you're 1098 make you jump through hoops, wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
They delay releasing the funds we pay high rates on for arbitrary reasons. Fraudulent and shady people work here you cannot get in touch with anyone. Very unhelpful.
If I could give zero stars, I would. From a customer service and general honest business practice standpoint, plaza provided one of the most horrendous experiences I've ever had with any product or service. Their reps are painfully undertrained and unable to facilitate anything except a basic payment. I was also deliberately lied to for several months at a time, strung along on an arbitrary "aging timeframe" for a recast until the date I was told my loan would be eligible to recast.
