I’ve had a wonderful experience with Plaza Home Care. The pharmacists, nurses, and support staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely helpful. They make the entire home infusion process smooth and stress free. Their dedication and attention to detail really stand out. Thank you for the excellent care!
I can’t say enough good things about this home infusion pharmacy. From day one, the staff showed genuine kindness, compassion, and patience. They took the time to explain everything, checked in regularly, and truly cared about my well being not just the medication. In a stressful time, their support made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful for such an amazing team.
Unfortunately negative stars is not an option. Owner is extremely unprofessional YELLING at patients and employees. Extremely condescending, rude, awful, should not be in healthcare industry. Awful staff and management. How is this place still in business ?
This pharmacy consistently misleads patients through vague and contradictory communication. Staff play word games when asked direct questions and fail to provide clear information about coverage or responsibilities. When concerns were raised, the owner personally called, yelled throughout the conversation, interrupted repeatedly, and threatened to discharge the patient’s care. I’m beyond impressed with Plaza Home Care Pharmacy! From the very beginning, their team has been nothing but professional, friendly, and truly caring. They always take the time to answer my questions thoroughly and make sure I understand my medications and options. What really stood out to me was their dedication, they even returned my call around 1 a.m.!
