I’m beyond impressed with Plaza Home Care Pharmacy! From the very beginning, their team has been nothing but professional, friendly, and truly caring. They always take the time to answer my questions thoroughly and make sure I understand my medications and options. What really stood out to me was their dedication, they even returned my call around 1 a.m.! That level of responsiveness and commitment to their patients is rare and shows how much they genuinely care about the people they serve.
Plaza Home Care Pharmacy delivered my TPN the same day it was ordered and even arranged for a nurse to administer it within half an hour—made a difficult situation so much easier. Truly exceptional service!
This pharmacy has horrible staff members. They lie to their patients if they don’t want to do something and make excuses. We called with a problem and they are all too stupid to even comprehend a situation. The head director is very un professional, they got mad that they were wrong about a situation and yelled and me and my family member, wouldn’t let us say a word and then hung up! It’s honestly kind of funny how they let such pathetic people run this place !
