I am so glad I have 24/7 care here at Plaza, it truly feels like home. Almost 1 year ago, I transferred here from a different rehab that was not a good experience. I’m thankful for the hours I have with staff like nurses, CNAs, and RTs who can tell I need something by just looking at me. I had an issue with my mattress recently, and it was addressed quickly. Plaza Healthcare has been absolutely outstanding in caring for my mother after her triple bypass surgery. From the moment she arrived, the entire team made us feel confident that she was in the right place, and they truly went above and beyond in every aspect of her recovery. My time at plaza has been great, exciting, relaxing, and helpful overall by all Departments. Especially shout out to Social Services who has helped me adapt, checking in with any resources or support needed. My Dr. is amazing as well, great managment, and they problem solve quickly. Out of all the facilities I have been to, this is the best.
It was lonely for me because I was mostly in isolation. I did enjoy physical therapy and I liked most of the staff
