I must first say that no place is perfect but Plaza Healthcare in Scottsdale is the best that we have ever come in contact with. Our loved one is a patient in the facility and to us have received the best care and would not want them in any other place. They have their own doctor, nurses, wound team, trache/respitory team and so much more. The staff are attentive, pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, will return your call maybe not right away but within 1-3 days depending on what your request is. The Plaza Healthcare facility was amazing! From the minute, I walked in the door and was greeted, offered a bottle of water and they checked me in and told me how they needed to do that every time I came. Then I went to see my husband, and he was pleased with the care he had been getting. I loved their little diner. I am so glad I have 24/7 care here at Plaza, it truly feels like home. Almost 1 year ago, I transferred here from a different rehab that was not a good experience. I’m thankful for the hours I have with staff like nurses, CNAs, and RTs who can tell I need something by just looking at me. I had an issue with my mattress recently, and it was addressed quickly.
