ZERO STARS. Funny how Plaza only responds to the good reviews. My husband came here after a triple bypass with multiple complications. Our goal was simple: decannulate his trach, focus on PT/OT, and get him home within 2½ months, and they immediately said they’d “reassess in 6 months.” Over the two months he was there, the neglect was unbelievable. This is the best recovery place I have ever been to! Everyone is so caring and attentive as well listening to any needs I had.
Plaza felt like home. I felt accepted, especially by the patients. I'm a little introverted but everything felt like a hometown experience, especially bingo.
