My close friend just admitted to Plaza Healthcare today. Within 1 hour of arriving the team there had him outside to enjoy some fresh air. Way over the top customer service and client focused. Thank you.

ZERO STARS. Funny how Plaza only responds to the good reviews. My husband came here after a triple bypass with multiple complications. Our goal was simple: decannulate his trach, focus on PT/OT, and get him home within 2½ months, and they immediately said they’d “reassess in 6 months.” Over the two months he was there, the neglect was unbelievable.
