My grandmother was transferred to Plaza Healthcare after her second surgery within two months from falls. She went for pain management and therapy. She was with Plaza for a month and a half. In the time that she stayed at Plaza they were able to get her back up and walking on her own with a walker and helped her manage her pain. The therapy team at Plaza is 5 stars.
