I highly recommend Plaza Madrid. The ambiance is relaxing, prices are reasonable and they do an excellent job with hair coloring/toning.
Came in with patchy uneven hair color and the end result came out beautifully , they really know what they are doing ! They didn’t put my hair under anything it couldn’t handle. No breakage or damage, just beautiful color.
