If you're looking for good customer service...Keep searching. I had a bad experience with their employee who answers the phone at the 1207 Delaware Ave # 201, Buffalo, NY 14209 location. The experience with the young lady who answers phones for this office was unpleasant. I took my experience to their customer service via telephone, was told they were sorry about the experience and someone would follow up with me.
