I dont know what your talking about. But the employees are really nice here and I know the manager and she wouldn't do such a thing. So I suggest not spreading rumors to hurt this business. Also the workers that are working there are a son and a mother so I know this isnt true

Horrible experience! Avoid at all cost... I took several suits, shirts and pants in to be cleaned. When I went to pick them up, they had lost all of my ticket information in their system so they had to manually re-enter the entire order. When I got home and begun to hang my clothes I discovered the 2 pair of the pants were not with my order. Good Service Plaza Ford Ideal has great service. My items have always been returned on the day promised and are always clean. They often offer coupons in local papers and also have daily managers specials. One improvement would be expanded hours, as sometimes I am unable to make it by their 7pm close time. They are closed on Sundays.
