Linked websites imply that perhaps you can walk in for a DOT physical as one of several healthcare service websites. However, you cannot at this clinic. You have to go to OT office inside the community hospital. FYI - call before you "walk in."

I honestly think the people that answer the phone here need fired! Today is 3rd time in past year I’ve tried to go there and have been refused care for idiotic reasons. Once was they tried to tell me I had to call workman’s comp because I hurt my muscles in my arm and they refused to see me. Today they told me to call obgyn for abdominal pain.
