Awesome car wash, though a little pricey. The suburban was shining!
Went to Plaza Express car wash today and then went about my errands. At my first stop when I got out, I noticed that I had a lot of streaking on the back hatch of my car, which I thought was wax. I went back to the car wash and Stacy came out right away to take a look. She took the time to show me what the issue was and apologized that they didn’t catch it when they did the hand dry and immediately offered to run me through again. We love the plaza car wash!The staff is always attentive to our vehicles.They went above and beyond our last visit to try to get all the ice from around the wheel wells.we are very impressed and pleased with this car wash. Our vehicles always come out looking new!
So, some stupid migrating birds apparently had the bird flu all over my car today!!! 😡 I went to Plaza Express Car Wash and there was an extremely long line, but I really needed it!!! The line moved very quickly and in no time they were scrubbing my car by hand to make sure I came out clean!! So grateful for them taking good care of my car!! Can’t recommend enough!! Thank you, you’re the best!! 😄👍🏻
