From the ladies on the phone Holly & Laura (I belive I may have the names wrong & I apologize if so) anyway both were very professional & kind & helpful & the tech was Jeff & he was very polite & helpful he did a super good job! Plaza has a life long customer with me & my family!

My wife and I recently gave our kitchen a major renovation. We chose to purchase our double oven and gas cooktop from Plaza. If we ever had a problem we wanted the backing of a local company. We saw the value of this quickly when we had an issue that was no fault of theirs. They quickly responded and fixed the problem. I cannot even imagine what it would have been had we purchased from a nationwide retailer. We would still be trying to find someone to talk to.
