Repairman came to my house for about ten minutes. Checked a few numbers on his phone then told me to wash the washing machine drum with cleaning vinegar. They turned in a report to Maytag that he replaced a water valve. I will never use them again.

Terrible experience. I was left without a fridge for over two months after the wrong size was ordered, followed by the order of a back ordered model, then followed by the delivery of a fridge that was caved in on the side. Communication by the staff was horrid. I ultimately had to buy a fridge from Lowe’s after being jerked around by them for months. Only positive is the delivery staff was great when they delivered the other kitchen appliances. I would recommend just going to Lowe’s and bypassing this headache.
