I received great customer service over the phone from Stacey. She was very kind over the phone in checking to see what they had in stock and had it waiting for me since we were scrambling to get a washer and dryer after a big box store left us in a bind on a failed delivery. Everyone in the store was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend!

The most wonderful staff and selection. We had wonderful delivery experience too! And they also have amazing service! Their service techs are polite and prompt! Always have SUCH great experiences with every encounter.

Had technician come out to service dryer, needed heating coil and was advised I needed to go ahead and replace thermostat so I agreed to this. Corey struggled disassembling the dryer and that’s when I should have really questioned him but I thought considering it was Plaza that he would have been a certified technician… So he placed these 2 parts in dryer and left then I started to use dryer and it sounded as it was gonna fly apart so I called next morning and I was told they would send him back out and I said NO send someon... read more

Shout out to plaza appliances, Derrick and the whole staff. We walked in one day Derrick was available to help us and he did! They provide service to appliances as well. We’ve bought two appliances there wish I found them before we moved here 8 years ago. Great selection, great service.
