I wanted to put 0 stars if I could but just wanted to express my feelings about this Property manager Ann wich is filthy corrupted and playing dirty with residents , rent control apartments. I'm an old age tenant living in 465 for many years and paying regular rent , increased through the years and waiting to get a rent stabilized apartment so I can afford my living, but this seems to be impossible because this Ann gives 6N apartment fully renovated and rent stabilized to another tenant which was living in 4H for a year only... read more

I have LOVED living at Plaza East in the east end of Long Beach. From the minute I walked into my unit, I was in love. High ceilings, spacious living/dining open concept and bedroom, huge closets, hardwood floors, and the view is to die for. I watched the sunrise and could hear the waves crashing from bed. Me and my husband just moved in few months ago and wanted to share our experience here , because is a great difference of environment and staff from where we use to live in another building in LB. We had a small issue with the bugs but resolved from the staff and exterminator for a couple of weeks, which was not a good move experience at first.
