Me and my husband just moved in few months ago and wanted to share our experience here , because is a great difference of environment and staff from where we use to live in another building in LB. We had a small issue with the bugs but resolved from the staff and exterminator for a couple of weeks, which was not a good move experience at first. Beware this entire building is infested with german roaches. I lived there for about 2 months dealing with this disgusting traumatizing issue until Ann Croke finally admitted they lied to me and let me out of my lease with my security deposit. Prior to moving in I had asked multiple times about bug/pest issues and was reassured there were no issues. Day 3 I began seeing roaches in my unit, 5G. I give this place zero stars! Ever since is was taken over by Rose Mgmt the place has gone down hill. The building manager Ann is a nightmare. If she doesn’t like you she will make your life hell. There’s a reason why no one stays longer than a year. Stay away from this place!
