Plaza Drugs in Los Vegas NM is the most inept store of any kind that I have ever dealt with!!!! They do not know what is going on!!!!!!!!!! Ever!!!!!!!!!!
Friendly and courteous customer service. Scripts are filled quickly.
Have children answering the phone. Inexperienced, untrained customer service who clearly do not know what they are going and are misinforming customer as to the real facts. Because of this it is currently creating people to make unnecessary trips to pharmacy But when the customer should have went to pharmacy, no one notified them. The 16 and 17 yr old children should not be misinforming customers as frequently and as is currently going on here. It's quite pitiful
