Garbage, nothing but a bunch of racists in the front office and moreso the agents they have working for them showing properties. There is one that is the worst, the most vile swine in Aventura and it goes by the name of Juliana, nicknamed donut. I was no part of their "in crowd" so they didn't give me a chance to renew my lease, I am in the midst of filing a discrimination complaint with the Flordia Fair Housing, but hey, that's just my experience.
This is a terrible place to live. The residents who live here are extremely nasty and rude and almost run you over in the parking lot. I almost got hit and killed at least 10 times or everyday. This is an old retirement home with people over the age of 60 or alot of annoying yelling kids. I would not recommend living here.
