Moved in here about 8 months ago. Was a little skeptical given some of the old review (5+ years old), but found it to be great. Affordable HOA and in a great location, just a few minutes from Sloans, Edgewater Shopping, etc.
This apartment complex has been amazing. Moved in here a little while ago and impressed with everything so far. Clean, quiet, safe and close to a lot of amenities. Looks like the negative comments below are from 5+ years ago. Been nothing but positive since moving in for me.
