It's ok. I'm not one for bugs so I have a bit of a hard time with that. Other than that, it's quiet and everyone minds their own business. Not bad. Personally my appliances needs updated but doubt that's gonna happen anytime soon. My owner is super cool and takes care of most issues.

Renovated unit -clean building -close to beach and everything else you could need. We’ll stay here again.

Loudest place ever. Doors slam all day and night, dogs barking, the dumpster door shuttting, car alarms going off, upstairs neighbors stomping overhead, and you can hear right through the walls like you're in the same room with your neighbors. Also there's alot of smokers polluting the hallways with stench that seeps into your unit. And, I have seen German cockroaches on the hallway floors and walls.
