Should be rated negative! Terrible service! Couldn't be worse! I brought three men's suits to clean and two pants to repair. They did absolutely nothing! Didn't do any dry cleaning, didn't do any alterations! If I didn't check the clothes when I was picking them up, I would bring home them in the same condition that I brought them in for service! Totally unacceptable! Rude! Never ever have any business with them! I will complain to a BBB!
My family has used this cleaner since I was a very tiny kid. I've had dresses altered here and every dry clean only piece of clothing I owned until I graduated college was cleaned at the Plaza; I've never seen an item damaged or lost. Now that I'm back in the area, I'm a repeat customer again, and they still do a wonderful job.
