I wanted to have a sandal strap replaced. They had it for 3 weeks and charged me $25.00 to have a tiny piece of leather replaced. When I picked it up the leather strap was too small. I asked for a refund and said I needed to talk to the owner. I asked for the phone number and the employee didn’t know it, plus their phone didn’t work. I filled out a BBB complaint and they couldn’t get a response. I have been going there for over 20 years.... not anymore! The worst dry cleaner around.

That's where I take my laundry and dry cleaning to get done they do a very good job

If I could leave a negative star rating it would be negative 3. The number of DESIGNER items they’ve ruined or just plain failed to clean and press. The most recent event included 2 Silk items that I’d paid over $500 for the two. A Yoana Baraschi Blouse with beads and brass disk embellishments. The Beaded item came back looking like someone intentionally ripped several of the disks and half of the designer label off and the second item, Anthropologie Chan Luu Dress, was quite obviously never pressed.
