I have lived her for about two years. In the last year I have seen things that individuals are violating the lease agreements. This affordable housing says it for low income individuals. 85 % are low income the rest makes top money. Also if you want to live here for free move in with a friend or family member for free. You just have to park outside the gate like you were visiting they don't check. There's alot of illegal actions going on here. Beware vigilant living here.
