I was quoted $250 for a night retainer, cost me $1200. I was rescheduled twice as the dentist went on holidays both appointments. I Had to replace my retainers twice in the first 4 months as they both snapped when putting them in and are very low quality. Reception is rude and extremely unhelpful with any advice or payment prices Would never recommend!!! Have to restart the whole process with another dentist after spending $1200

My husband and I had our teeth filled in here at 2021, we chose this dental clinic because they are medibank partner. We recently moved and went to new clinic. At the new dental clinic, we found that all five filings we used were damaged and needed to be replaced. We are non-smokers, no drinking no coffee and no tea. We couldn't understand why all our filings broken within two years. however, my another filing which is done by my teenager age from another clinic is no damage like the fillings I done in here.
Don't recommend. All about the money, passive agresse staff and thanks to Dr Buse my boyfriend is in a lot of pain
Stop misleading and look after your patients properly!
