Over the past several visits over two months, I'd been hoping to get a California-style thin-crust kale-topped personal pie, which is why I broke the NYC taboo of coveting hospital pizza. But hey, the cheese, sauce, & toppings are not bad at all. I've paid more money for worse slices within this city & state.
The rudest workers I’ve yet to meet, both inside the cafeteria (plaza cafe) and the Starbucks station. Not a little kindness. You would think working in an hospital, they would show some kindness. Retrain and revamp. That is not ok, especially for a hospital setting (magnet hospital at that). 5 stars for cleanliness though.
Dirty, Workers are very rude
Omg the food is sod bad here it is hard to describe in words! The webpage for ordering your meals must have been created in 1991 and never updated. Not to mention they bring either the wrong food or forget items almost every single time! I know it can’t be easy, but they really should at least try and do better.
There are mouse running around in the cafeteria during the time when it is very busy and the burger station area needs some deep cleaning.
