The service I received at Plaza Body Shop was exceptional and efficient. From the moment I arrived I was treated with fairness and handled with the utmost care. David and Mine went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly and professionally. If you have any issues with your vehicle I highly recommend bringing it here. Plaza Body shop is a 10 out of 10 experience all around. And I will bring my vehicle back in the future for sure!
As a woman, I was nervous about getting taken advantage of at a body shop, especially since I don’t have collision coverage and had to pay out of pocket. David at Plaza Body Shop was amazing he made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and gave me a very fair estimate. He even arranged for me to pick up my car early in the morning before opening hours. Highly recommend this shop, especially for women who want honest, respectful service.
Just about the the worst experience I can imagine. Not only will I never use them again, after my lease is up, I'll never work with any of the Plaza car brands again. It took them almost two months to do the body work. I had to call to get any updates, they never reached out to me. My car would still be there if I wasn't constantly on top of it. Huge thanks to David at Plaza Body Shop for coming in at 6am so I could pick up my car before a family road trip! The car looks great, detailed and ready to go. Despite some insurance headaches, the team handled everything smoothly. Super accommodating and professional. Highly recommend!
