This place, now called Chen’s, has changed ownership. Chen, seemingly the sole barber there, could not speak English well enough for me to discuss what I wanted in any level of detail. Given a photo, he could perform a haircut that resembles what you show him, but it may not be the length you want. In my case, he removed a lot more hair than I wanted, resulting in a haircut that was twice as short as what I had shown him. The final result didn’t look bad, but it wasn’t what I had asked for. Great cut! Chen took his time and also knew what he was doing, also very detailed and made sure all the edges were perfect. 👌
Super great guy at this place. I used to get my hair cut here when I was a kid from "Bud" back 40 years ago. I was pleased when I realized I can still go back and get a good cut form the new barber.
