Outstanding and friendly welcome from the moment I walked in the door. First time at this location though it certainly won't be my last. Bernice cut my hair and she was friendly, engaging, and a true professional, explaining to me exactly what she was doing. I'm very happy with my haircut and as I was leaving all employees wished me a good day and a Happy Thanksgiving. Truly Old School customer service that is just not easy to find anymore. They know their customer's name when they walked by in and know how they like their haircut especially if your regular customer there. They treat you like family!
