Soooooo glad I closed my account with this bank. Terrible policies. I needed copies of a few statements emailed to me (from less than 1 year ago) and they wanted to charge me $50 to "research" my statements PLUS a fee to email each one. Somehow Nevada State Bank and Wells Fargo can both provide me access to old statements without this exorbitant fee.,
